Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Acceptance and accounts
By using Amores, you agree to these beta Terms. You are responsible for activity through your account, keeping access to your identity provider secure, and providing accurate information you choose to submit.
Permitted use
Amores is provided for personal, non-commercial use to maintain profiles, organize gift ideas, and share approved read-only information with account connections.
Prohibited use
Do not abuse the service; seek unauthorized access; scrape or harvest data; impersonate others; commit fraud; interfere with security or availability; launch attacks; upload malware; or submit content or links that are illegal or violate another person’s rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Amores and its service providers a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit and share the content you provide.
Third parties and retailer information
Amores depends on third-party identity providers and service providers and may link to merchants, products, and external websites. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
Amores does not guarantee third-party product descriptions, prices, availability, safety, accuracy, or continued links. Amores does not sell products, complete purchases, or reserve items.
Service changes, suspension, and deletion
The beta may change, pause, suspend access, or discontinue features or the service. Amores may restrict access to protect users, providers, or the service, or to address misuse. You may request account deletion as described on the Delete Account information page.
Disclaimers and liability
Amores is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amores is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of the service or third-party content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
These Terms may change as the beta evolves. Amores will update the date above when they are revised. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@amores.app.
